- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Service, including deal views, button clicks, and notification responses.
- Subscription Data: When you subscribe, we receive your subscription status, plan type, and payment confirmation (but NOT your payment card details).
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Messaging platforms: We receive limited profile information through integrated messaging services.
- Payment processor: We receive subscription and order confirmations when you purchase a plan.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the Service: Send you flight deal alerts based on your preferences

- Process Subscriptions: Manage your subscription status and access levels

4. Payment Processing
When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed securely by Stripe, our authorized payment processor.
- We do NOT collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number
- Stripe handles all payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy
- We receive only confirmation of successful payment, subscription status, and customer ID
- Stripe handles all payment-related data security and fraud prevention
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service:
- Account Data: Retained while you use Quickizz and for 30 days after account deletion request
- Subscription History: Retained for accounting and legal compliance (typically 7 years for tax purposes)
- Usage Logs: Anonymized or deleted after 24 months
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us or using the Settings menu in the app.
6. Messaging & Notification Integration
6.1 Data We Receive from Messaging Platforms
When you interact with Quickizz via integrated messaging platforms, we may receive:
- Your public profile information (user ID, username, first name)
- Messages you send to our service
- Your interaction with our application
We do NOT have access to:
- Your phone number (unless you explicitly share it)
- Your private messages with other users
6.2 Third-Party Platform Privacy

6.3 Notifications
All notifications and deal alerts are sent through secure messaging channels. You can stop receiving messages at any time by adjusting your preferences in the app settings.
7. Flight Prediction Data
The Predictions feature uses aggregated, anonymized historical flight scheduling data. Specifically:
7.1 What Data We Collect for Predictions
- Publicly available flight schedule information (routes, times, availability)
- Aggregated patterns derived from historical monitoring data
- Your radar alert preferences (which predicted routes you want notifications for)
7.2 What We Do NOT Collect or Use
- Personal booking data from any airline
- Individual user browsing patterns within the prediction feature
- Any data from your airline account
7.3 How Prediction Data Is Stored
- Historical flight patterns are stored in aggregate form in our database
- Radar alert preferences are associated with your user ID
- Prediction data is retained as described in our general data retention policy

Quickizz is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
